Returns & Refunds Policy – Radiant Vault Trading LLC

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled and refunded only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and is subject to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@radiantvaulttrading.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.

Return Eligibility

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed trading card products, graded cards, and related collectibles, all sales are final unless:

• The incorrect item was shipped;
• The item arrived materially damaged during transit; or
• The item received differs substantially from its description.

Requests for return, replacement, or refund must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law:

• Opened or unsealed trading card products;
• Individual trading cards;
• Graded trading cards;
• Products with manufacturer defects, print errors, centering issues, factory damage, packaging imperfections, or other quality control issues originating from the manufacturer;
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage;
• Clearance, liquidation, promotional, or final-sale items.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Claims involving damaged, missing, incorrect, or tampered shipments must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous, unedited video of the package opening process from the moment the sealed package is first shown through the complete unboxing and inspection of its contents. While not required, such recordings may significantly assist in the investigation and verification of claims.

Radiant Vault Trading LLC may request photographs of the product, packaging materials, shipping labels, and other relevant documentation when evaluating a claim.

Failure to retain the original packaging materials may limit our ability to investigate or resolve shipping-related claims.

Returning Goods

Customers must contact support@radiantvaulttrading.com before returning any merchandise. Return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is approved.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods unless otherwise authorized by Radiant Vault Trading LLC.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of successful return delivery.

Radiant Vault Trading LLC reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, whether a return, replacement, refund, or store credit request qualifies under this policy.
